BOOK BORROWING

BOOK RESERVING

A faculty member may submit a list of book title intended for use for the current semester. It is placed in the Reserved Section. This service can also be done through email at ccclib.refdesk@gmail.com by messaging the library staff of the list and intent of reserving a specific library material.

REFEERENCE SERVICE

The library staff are tasked with giving assistance to the library clients’ in his / her quest for knowledge. The purpose of the reference service is to extend all the help it can give in finding the answers to the user’s query.

Online Reference Service is also encouraged for library inquiries and concerns. This service uses the assigned email ccc.library21@gmail.com for all the reference queries in the library.

LIBRARY INSTRUCTION

This service is given to library clients, to familiarize with the library’s collection, services and the proper procedures involved in using the available resources of the library. Aside from orientations, promotional activities and current awareness with the services, collections and up-dates.

INTER LIBRARY LOAN

Bonafide library clients who need to consult other information centers may request the college librarian for the issuance of referral letters to the institution of their choices. This can be done online by sending an email to the library staff posted on the library website. Students need to show the ID validated for the current year for verification and will be released in three(3) working days.
