Education for Global Peace (EGP) is an organization which is building a global network and movement that seeks to bring about a world based on cultures of peace. Following the belief that the foundation of peacebuilding is peace education, EGP is committed to developing projects and strategies on peace education at different levels worldwide.

By studying the lives and teachings of history's greatest peace advocates, and by cultivating mindfulness in our daily lives, we can each contribute to a more peaceful world.

Teach Peace Now grew out of concerns by parents and teachers for the need for more information and high quality materials that addressed issues related to peaceful co-existence in the home, the classroom, the community, and the world.
We are anti-bias, anti-racism, anti-bullying, and dedicated to fighting injustice everywhere. We encourage you to share these ideas with your family, your children, your students, your neighbors, even with strangers. If we all work at it, we can make the world a more peaceful place—one person at a time.
The UNESCO Document Repository (UNESDOC) provides access to publications, documents and other materials either produced by UNESCO or pertaining to UNESCO’s fields of competence. These collections are accessible online or physically at the Library and Archives Reading Room. UNESDOC is updated daily with new publications and documents produced by UNESCO, as well as with acquisitions and donations. UNESDOC is the repository of UNESCO’s institutional memory and a source of high-quality information on UNESCO activities (in education, natural sciences, social and human sciences, culture, and communication and information), with more than 430,000 documents dating back to 1945. It includes the collections of the UNESCO Library and several documentation centres in UNESCO’s Field Offices and Institutes, as well as the UNESCO Archives. The essential purpose of UNESDOC is to share knowledge and to transmit it to future generations.
