Quick Guide for STARBOOKS Users

Check this quick guide on how to start using the DOST-STARBOOKS. 

1.) Create New Account.

2.) Fill out the registration form with the needed information applicable to you.

3.) After completing the registration form, click the SUBMIT button to complete the registration process.

4. Don't forget the username and password and then log-in.

5.) Once you successfully logged in using the valid account, you can now access the STARBOOKS main page.

6. From this link you can have the access for Customer Satisfaction feedback, About Us and Contact Us page. Icons will display quick links to STARBOOKS contents.
